  • 1. What is Crave! Singapore?

    Crave! Singapore encompasses a double entendre of a culinary rave and a psychological symptom of great desire (craving) for Singapore!

    We warmly welcome locals and visitors to experience our customised culinary adventures that will vividly stimulate the 5 senses – sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. This transcendent journey will evoke your curiosity to discover and marvel at the wonders of Singapore’s food and the heritage and culture behind them.

    Crave! Singapore is the perfect platform to showcase Singapore’s culinary landscape and food traditions with its exciting line up of customised adventures islandwide!

  • 2. When is Crave! Singapore happening?

    Crave! Singapore runs from 1 July 2016 – 31 July 2017.

  • 3. Will Crave! Singapore be cancelled if it rains?

    Crave! Singapore is a rain or shine event.

  • 4. Where can I find the latest event updates?

    You may find the latest event updates on our website. Do check back often for updates to the tours.

  • 5. Do I need to register for the tour?

     

    To register for the tour, select the tour that you are interested in and click ‘Book now’ button.

  • 6. How early can I book my tour?

    You may book your tour 4 weeks in advance and we will contact you to confirm the tour details.

  • 7. What are the accepted modes of payment?

    We accept major credit and debit cards via PayPal, or cheque payments. If you have made a successful payment via PayPal, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you have opted to pay via cheque, you will receive a pending booking email, and our customer service representative will contact you to arrange for payment.

  • 8. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

    You will receive a confirmation slip when you have successfully signed up and made payment for the tour.

  • 9. I am allergic to certain food/have dietary preferences. What should I do?

    You may fill in any special request under ‘Additional Notes’ when you make a booking. Special requests are subject to the availability of our F&B outlets. However, we advise you to book a tour, which you are comfortable with

  • 10. Is there a dress code?

    There is no dress code for Crave! Singapore. As this is an outdoor event, you are encouraged to wear light clothing and comfortable footwear.

  • 11. What do I need to bring along?

    You may bring along bottled water, pen, notebook, camera, small foldable umbrella and some cash.

  • 12. Can I bring my own food and drinks?

    You may bring your own water. However, outside food and beverages may be disallowed at selected F&B outlets.

  • 13. Is photography/videography allowed?

    Photography and videography are allowed during the tours.

  • 14. Are pets allowed?

    No pets are allowed.

  • 15. How do I contact the Organiser?

  • 16. How do I cancel/change my booking?

    To cancel or change your booking, drop us an email at contactus@cravesingapore.com or send us an enquiry under the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will reply as soon as we can. Alternatively, you may contact us at (+65) 6796 9343 during office hours from 9:30am to 6:30pm, Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays).

  • 17. Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

    No refund will be made for any cancellation.
